Breeze Ship Design has today signed an agreement with Westcon Yards AS to deliver the complete design and engineering package for a Subsea and Cable Laying Vessel (CLV), which will be delivered to Dong Fang Offshore 東方風能 (DFO) in the first quarter of 2027.
